Hinta ja maksaminen:

Maksu tulee olla eräpäivän mukaisesti maksettuna ennen ensimmäistä harjoituskertaa. Jäsenmaksu 25€ maksetaan vain kerran vuodessa. Seura voi tarjota opetusta vain jäsenilleen, joten ryhmiin tultaessa liitytään seuran jäseniksi. Mikäli olet uusi harrastaja ja et ole maksanut vuoden 2025 jäsenmaksua, valitsethan myös sen alla olevasta valikosta.

Peruuttaminen:
Maksu voidaan palauttaa, jos osallistuminen perutaan sähköpostitse (teamlumets@gmail.com) ryhmän ensimmäisen harjoituskerran jälkeisenä päivänä. Tämän jälkeen maksua ei enää palauteta. Jos paikan haluaa perua, tulee sähköpostissa mainita lapsen nimi ja ryhmä, laskun maksajan nimi ja tilinumero sekä maksupäivä. Paikkaa ei voi perua pelkästään ohjaajalle ilmoittamalla. Peruuttamattomista paikoista/peruutusajan jälkeen tehdyistä peruutuksista peritään täysi kausimaksu.  

Ryhmän tai yksittäisen tunnin peruuntuminen:

Jos ryhmään tulee liian vähän ilmoittautumisia, joudutaan ryhmä valitettavasti perumaan. Tällöin ilmoittautuneet ohjataan muihin ryhmiimme tai osallistumismaksu palautetaan.

Joskus joudumme perumaan yksittäisen tanssitunnin (esim. harjoitusvuoron peruuntumisen tai ohjaajan sairastumisen vuoksi). Tästä ilmoitetaan vanhemmille ja kerrotaan korvausmahdollisuuksista. Pyrimme kuitenkin aina saamaan tuuraajan tanssitunnille mikäli ohjaaja sairastuu. Tunnin voi korvata käymällä jossain toisessa ryhmässämme. Tarvittaessa järjestämme etätanssituokion tai extratunnin kauden aikana.

Vaatetus:

Tunneille mukavat vaatteet, joissa on helppo liikkua, sekä sisäliikuntakengät tai tossut. Juomapullo mukaan.

Price and Payment:

Payment must be made in accordance with the due date before the first practice session. The membership fee of €25 is paid only once per year. The club offers instruction only to its members, so when joining a group, you become a member of the club. If you are a new participant and have not paid the 2025 membership fee, please select that option from the menu below as well.

Cancellations:
Payments can be refunded if participation is canceled via email (teamlumets@gmail.com) the day after the first practice session of the group. After that, no refunds will be issued. To cancel a spot, the email must include the child's name, the group, the name of the person paying the invoice, bank account number, and the date of payment. A spot cannot be canceled simply by informing the instructor. For spots not canceled or cancellations made after the deadline, the full season fee will be charged.

Cancellation of a group or individual session:

If too few participants register for a group, the group will unfortunately be canceled. In this case, registered participants will be directed to other groups or the participation fee will be refunded.

Sometimes, we have to cancel a single dance lesson (e.g., due to the cancellation of a rehearsal or instructor illness). Parents will be notified, and options for compensation will be provided. We always aim to find a substitute instructor for dance lessons if the original instructor falls ill. The session can be rescheduled by attending another of our groups. If necessary, we will organize an online dance session or an extra class during the season.
